Description
A great example of what a true Rwandan coffee should be, this medium bodied bean has some good brightness behind it. Although it is similar to the profile of a Kenyan coffee, this bean has a slightly milder tone. You’ll be able to detect the bright winy floral tones being balanced with chocolaty notes as well as a bit of a complex herbal tea-like tone, which can be found at medium roast levels of this bean. More discerning palettes will notice a good sweetness upfront and a caramel spin to the flavor of beans that are roasted to perfection.
