Description
Considered a very clean cup for a Sumatra, this bean gets really chocolaty smooth and sweet even into the second crack. A prime example of a classic Indonesian Sumatra coffee bean, prep is on the cleaner side as well. The coffee brewed from this bean will be very thick, creamy and chocolaty from strong-medium to dark roasts. This lot is a bit unique for Sumatra as one may notice slightly fruity tones/acidity on the lighter to medium spectrum of roasting. Unfortunately, this fruity tone will be lost at darker roasts but will be replaced by a mysterious amount of sweetness.
